b) Employment data

Our platform processes employment-related information on behalf of your employer, including job title, department, work location, hire date, employment status, shift schedules, leave balances, attendance records, expense reports, performance data, and organizational hierarchy information.

c) Usage data

We automatically collect certain information when you access or use our Services, including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, pages visited, features used, time and date of access, referring URLs, and clickstream data.

d) Cookies and tracking technologies

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify.

If you are an employee whose data is managed through Tymbly by your employer, please direct your data access, correction, or deletion requests to your employer's HR department in the first instance, as they are the data controller for your employment data.
